Institutions and the Community Law

Kamal -
The course introduces into
the history and institutional structure of the European
Union. The process and the institutions of European
Integration will be analysed in the light of its “sui
generis” structure. The students will have insights
in the central theories of European Integration.
The students are required to do the current reading week by
week and to prepare for the discussion in the course.
Additional to the reading and discussion the students are
required to join a group that is responsible for one
session; this means the group has to introduce orally into
the required reading in a 15minute presentation
(additional: 1 page print for all students) and has to
write a protocol of this session (length: 2 pages).
